The metal tube float flowmeter consists of two parts:
L signal transmitter ---- indicator;
L sensor --- measuring tube and float;
There are four types of liquid contact materials for the sensor: stainless steel, Hastelloy, titanium, and stainless steel lined with PTFE; users can choose different liquid contact materials according to different process pressures and the corrosive requirements of the medium to meet the pressure resistance of the process and The need for medium anticorrosion. According to different measurement requirements, users can choose different indicator combinations to achieve different measurement requirements when selecting models. The flow measurement is performed by the transmitter in the indicator by coupling the magnetic steel to sense the change of the float position to complete the flow indication and the remote transmission of the signal. When the measured medium flows through the measuring tube from bottom to top, the float is balanced by gravity, buoyancy, and the vertical upward pushing force of the fluid flow rate. The ring area and fluid flow rate change, and the position of the float corresponds to the size of the measured medium flow.
